- How you’ll make an impact in this role Review and verify medication orders to identify and prevent potential drug-related issues, ensuring safe and effective therapy.
- Compound and dispense medications with precision to support accurate and timely delivery of patient treatments.
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to facilitate clear communication and optimal patient outcomes.
- Lead and mentor pharmacy technicians, fostering a collaborative team environment and maintaining high operational standards.
- Provide clinical drug information and education to medical staff and patients, promoting informed medication management.
What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration
Licensed Pharmacist credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy required.
Education
Bachelor's or advanced degree in Pharmacy required.
What additional preferences we're seeking Minimum of 1 year of Inpatient Hospital Experience Licensed pharmacist or eligible to be licensed in Texas
