What you'll do
- As an In-Home Caregiver, you’ll help seniors maintain their independence and enjoy a better quality of life by:
- Providing personal care and assistance that allows clients to remain safely at home
- Helping with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, light housekeeping, shopping, transportation, and companionship
- Assisting with mobility, including walking, transfers, and range-of-motion activities
- Providing medication reminders and keeping your supervisor informed of important client observations or concerns
- Helping maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Encouraging meaningful social interaction through conversation, games, reading, puzzles, hobbies, and other activities clients enjoy

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least one month of healthcare experience preferred
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- A caring, dependable attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
