Child Care Workers provide safety and around-the-clock supervision of at-risk youth at a residential treatment facility. In this role, you will provide for the physical, personal and health needs of each youth through individual counseling and behavioral/social/physical and educational skill development. Child Care Workers provide an atmosphere that is supportive of the youth’s needs; monitor and document behaviors and activities; and participate and assist with educational, social, athletic and recreational activities. Child Care Workers collaborate with other professional staff to establish and meet the goals of each youth's treatment plan.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred ~ 6 months experience working with children preferred (paid or volunteer) ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Day Shift and Evening Shift will be 5 eight hour shifts and will include both Saturday and Sunday. Overnight Shift will be 4 ten hour shifts and will work either Saturday Or Sunday
Day Shift: 6:30 am-2:30 pm
Evening Shift: 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm
Overnight Shift: 10:00 pm-8:00 am
