About the Position

We are a growing company looking for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in the community of Staples, MN. Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist Location: Lakewood Health System Position type: Full-time, benefited, 0.80 FTE Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 32 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
Settings
This position will provide care in a 50/50 split between Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care (SNF/LTC) and Home Health, offering the opportunity to work across a variety of patient populations and care settings.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders program. They must have, or be eligible for, SLP licensing in Minnesota. CFY candidates are welcome to apply!
