Pharmacy Innovations is seeking a Relief/PRN Pharmacist to join our team and provide coverage for scheduled and unscheduled absences. This is an as-needed position, with shifts scheduled based on pharmacy coverage needs. As our pharmacy continues to grow, there may be opportunities for regularly scheduled weekly shifts.

Key Responsibilities
Accurately and efficiently dispense prescription medications in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Review prescriptions for accuracy, completeness, appropriate dosing, contraindications, drug interactions, and other potential clinical concerns.
Counsel patients and customers regarding proper medication use, potential side effects, drug interactions, and other relevant health considerations.
Ensure compliance with applicable pharmacy laws and regulations, company policies, safety standards, and professional best practices.
Oversee appropriate medication storage, handling, labeling, and documentation.
Respond to questions from patients, customers, prescribers, and other healthcare professionals in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner.
Collaborate effectively with pharmacy staff and healthcare professionals to support safe, high-quality patient care.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe pharmacy environment.
Exercise sound professional judgment and prioritize patient safety in all aspects of pharmacy practice.
Pay rate based on experience. These are in-person positions - no remote work available.
