  • The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in a home health care setting is responsible for providing direct, one-on-one care to patients in their homes. This role involves monitoring patient health, administering treatments, managing medications, and offering essential support to patients with various medical needs. Collaboration with a team of healthcare professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians, is required to deliver high-quality, compassionate care that improves patient well-being.

Requirements
