We have several on-line programs currently being used by our staff: Matrix is used as our EMR. Inovalon is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email/text notification to request coverage of an open shift. Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace. Paycom is our online human resource program and also where you pick up your check.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must: be a Certified Nurse Aide and registered in accordance with laws of this state. be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public. possess the ability and willingness to work harmoniously with professional and non-professional personnel. have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents. be willing to seek out new methods and principles and be willing to incorporate them into existing nursing practices. be able to relate information concerning a resident’s condition.
