Physical Therapist (PT) Edison, NJ | $90K–$100K/year + Full Benefits Schedule

Monday to Friday, 9 AM–5 PM Looking for a Physical Therapist job in Edison, NJ with a consistent weekday schedule? We are recruiting an experienced PT to join an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy office serving patients with a range of injuries, post-surgical needs, mobility limitations, and musculoskeletal conditions. This is a hands-on clinical role where you will assess each patient's current function, identify treatment priorities, and guide them through a structured rehabilitation plan. You'll typically see 1–2 patients per hour, allowing time for focused treatment and progress monitoring. What You'll Do Perform physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments Identify mobility, strength, balance, flexibility, and movement limitations Establish measurable short- and long-term rehabilitation goals Create and carry out individualized outpatient treatment programs Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities Reassess progress and update treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Provide patients with clear home exercise and self-management instructions Maintain complete patient records and treatment documentation Active NJ Physical Therapist license DPT or MSPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program Outpatient PT experience Experience working with orthopedic or musculoskeletal rehabilitation cases Strong clinical decision-making and patient communication skills Annual compensation ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, along with: Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match 3 Weeks Paid Time Off Take the next move in your physical therapy career and explore what this Edison outpatient opportunity could offer you.
