Market context

Florida respiratory therapist roles stay competitive

Florida hospitals and acute care facilities commonly seek Respiratory Therapists for inpatient and critical care coverage, so demand is often tied to staffing needs in high-acuity settings. This role is competitive because employers typically want an active RRT credential plus BCLS, ACLS, and PALS, along with acute care experience.
