Salary: $62,000- $67,000 per year

Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years old. Must be able to pass a thorough background check, and obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
Education
A Master’s degree that is license eligible in the following (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, Psychologist) or associate licensed clinician (LAMFT, LAC, etc.)
Experience: At least four (4) years of experience in the behavioral health care field, preferably providing treatment to children and adolescents
Therapist
Responsibilities: Prepare treatment plans in coordination with the interdisciplinary teams Maintain a caseload; ensure established services are provided to each patient/resident Prepare individual service plans (ISP); ensure interventions are held at the frequency documented on the ISP Attend treatment team meetings; lead the review of the overall ISP progress Maintain regular contact with referring agencies to update the resident’s condition/progress Prepare monthly reports and discharge summaries with updated information Update diagnostic assessments according to the facility and agency policies Conduct individual/group/family therapy sessions in a safe, therapeutic environment Assist with discharge planning to ensure a seamless transition for the patient/resident
