As a LPN, you will work 1:1 with one client for the duration of your shift and support them with the following: Adhere to the outlined care plan Document tasks, observations and evaluate outcomes Ensure quality care is delivered by creating, implementing, monitoring and enforcing quality assurance policies and procedures Receive clinical direction and oversight from the staff RN Assist with other duties as needed
