The Case Manager will provide comprehensive supportive services to clients, including intake, service planning, and crisis intervention. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation and facilitating counseling and educational workshops to assist clients in securing permanent housing.
HS Diploma, GED, or AA degree in related field and two years qualifying experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS MSW or bachelor’s degree preferred in related field. Knowledge of the Department of Homeless Services, the Human Resources Administration, and entitlements. Knowledge of the complex interaction of multiple factors of homelessness, incarceration, and substance abuse, mental health and domestic violence is preferred with sensitivity to cultural and gender specific issues with both individuals and families.
