Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy services via telehealth. Manage a caseload including evaluations, treatment plans, and accurate daily documentation.

We’re currently seeking experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapists to provide services in a child’s natural environment – that may be a patient's home, daycare, or behavioral clinic. We are hiring for both immediate and future start dates, and we work closely with every therapist to ensure a smooth, confident onboarding experience.

  • Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality, evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy using accepted best practices
  • Manage a full caseload including evaluations, treatment sessions, progress notes, and discharges
  • Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans with clear short- and long-term goals
  • Complete timely, accurate daily documentation in accordance with company and payer requirements
  • Communicate consistently and effectively with families and caregivers to support carryover
  • Ensure services and documentation meet state licensure, payer, and company standards
  • Support clinical quality through adherence to best practices and participation in documentation reviews
  • Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams on outcomes, performance improvement, and workflow planning
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive work culture
  • Maintain responsibility for ongoing continuing education and professional development

  • Record keeping and communications with families
  • Coordination (scheduling, rescheduling and confirming sessions)

Compensation Structure Compensation Structure

$35-$50/hr ($72,000-$105,000 annually).

Compensation is an estimate for a full-time employee or contractor. Benefits are only available to employees who meet qualifying criteria.

Requirements

Requires an experienced Pediatric Occupational Therapist capable of working collaboratively in a remote environment. Must be comfortable with telehealth best practices and maintaining state licensure and payer standards.
