Position Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of conditions while developing individualized treatment plans designed to help each patient achieve their goals.

- Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy treatments and interventions
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans, exercises, and strategies to support continued progress
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and members of the clinical team
- Provide a positive, patient-centered experience throughout the course of care
- Follow applicable professional, ethical, regulatory, and clinic standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Connecticut Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a clinical team
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
