As a licensed Nurse Practitioner (APP), you'll see approximately 12-16 patients per day with longer appointment times and support from a collaborative care team, empowering you to practice at the top of your license. Build trusted relationships and help patients achieve their health goals. Partner with patients and the care team, including a Whole Health Coach, to develop personalized care plans. Provide preventive care, acute care, chronic disease management, and care coordination. Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives that drive exceptional patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Current, unrestricted NP or PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Board Certification as an NP or PA Current DEA registration Primary care, family medicine, or internal medicine experience preferred Passion for relationship-based, whole-person care Interested in Learning More? Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, skills, qualifications, geographic location, internal equity, and business needs.
