Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events. Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee. Candidates must hold a current Colorado Licensed Practical Nurse license, IV Certification, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. A 2-year degree is required, and previous LPN experience is preferred.
