- Summary: The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides safe, competent, and compassionate patient care within the scope of practice by utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. This role includes administering medications, assisting with procedures and emergencies, performing patient rounding, and delivering patient and family education to support positive outcomes. The LPN monitors patient conditions, documents care accurately, and collaborates effectively with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Responsibilities also include responding appropriately to emergent situations, maintaining compliance with policies and protocols, and promoting patient safety through proper use of clinical skills, equipment, and infection control practices.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: Current Colorado license as Licensed Practical Nurse IV Certification Basic Life Support (BLS)

Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
