Job Description

An individual who, under supervision provides assistance with daily living skills including but not limited to light housekeeping, nutritional and environmental support, personal hygiene, feeding, and dressing. Qualifications

1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred) Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required) Fluent in English- reading, writing and speaking (required) Must have or be willing to obtain CPR certification (required) Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required) Able to obtain 2 step TB test (required) Successfully pass a criminal background check (required) Valid Driver's License (preferred) Functional Abilities: Is able to carry bundles upstairs weighing up to 10 pounds. Must be able to stoop and bend. Must be able to travel to prospective Consumer' s place of residence. Must be able to hear and effectively communicate in English.
