About the Role

A Joyful Adult Health Care Center is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring team in Woburn, MA. Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care including wound care, medication administration, and vital sign monitoring Assist in developing and implementing individualized patient care plans Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document patient assessments, treatments, and progress accurately in medical records Monitor and report changes in patient condition to supervising nursing staff or physicians Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and care procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment in accordance with state and federal regulations

Requirements

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Massachusetts Previous experience in adult health care, geriatrics, or a similar clinical setting preferred Strong knowledge of medication administration and infection control protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and staff Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain upon hire Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to quality care About Us: A Joyful Adult Health Care Center is a trusted provider of adult health services in Woburn, MA, dedicated to enhancing the well-being and quality of life of every individual we serve.
