Qualifications

Master of Science in Nursing with certification as a Nurse Practitioner/Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with one of the accredited National Certification Organizations (ANCC, AANP). Licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in the State of Georgia; Certification with a National Certification Board Five (5) years of experience in the area of psychiatric/chemical dependency nursing preferred. Unencumbered State of GA Licensed NP, expertise, or interest, in treating patients with mental illness and addictive disorders preferred. Knowledge and mastery of DSM-5 and biopsychosocial assessment.
