The Medical Assistant will support medical staff in a behavioral health outpatient setting by assessing patient needs and performing clinical screenings. They are responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, managing medication orders, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
NorthKey Community Care is seeking a full-time Medical Assistant to assist its medical staff in the care of patients in NorthKey's outpatient clinic located in both Florence and Covington. This position will go between the two offices with a set schedule. The schedule will be split between both locations. General work hours are Monday- Thursday, 7:30 am to 6:00 pm FOUR TENS!
Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a valid Medical Assistant certification. Experience working with individuals with mental health or substance use histories is preferred.
