Work Schedule

Part-time, 90% FTE, day shift. Monday – Friday between the hours of 7

45 0am – 5:00 pm, no weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are currently seeking a Medical Assistant (MA, CMA, RMA, CCMA, LPN) – Internal Medicine to:

Join our team of providers who provide diagnosis and treatment of both acute and chronic illnesses, gynecological care, and urgent care for patients over 18 years of age.

You will be responsible for important preparation work like taking vitals, noting patients’ needs and concerns, and assisting with clinic procedures and exams.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent and ONE of the following Required
Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or
Licensure as an LPN or
Completion of the UWH Medical Assistant Apprenticeship Program or an Employee Partner Medical Assistant Program or

Requirements

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent and hold a relevant certification such as CMA, RMA, CCMA, or LPN licensure. Completion of an accredited medical assistant program or an approved apprenticeship program is also required.
