The Pharmacy Technician Infusion Float supports the oncology practices by providing clinical support to patients and nursing staff in accordance with established professional standards. Requires travel to Tom River, Brick, Robbinsville, and Monroe locations.
Ensure and maintain dispensing area, includes refrigerator temperature log and cleanliness of work area such as counters, hood, and stock mixing area. Maintain nucleus system and medication inventory through sign out, return, and restock functions includes nucleus reports. Order chemotherapy medications calculate vials needed and return medications when applicable to ensure proper inventory pars. Prepare chemotherapy labels, calculate volume required to prepare dose, calculate infusion rate, be familiar with regimen name, frequency, and cycle number. Compound chemotherapy following mixing guidelines.

The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience.
