The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with neurological and complex orthopedic conditions within their homes and communities. They will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to create and implement integrated, patient-centered treatment plans.

We are looking for experienced Physical Therapists who want to provide truly patient-centered care in Escondido, CA and surrounding areas - with PRN positions available. Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans that are practiced in patients' homes and communities. Our therapists are creative in their approach and incorporate a variety of activities to ignite interest while addressing functional goals. This evidence-based approach results in durable outcomes.

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including lower extremity function, mobility, vestibular skills, adaptive equipment needs, environmental safety needs

Qualifications

Completion of Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and state licensure as well as experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders
Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills are required
Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and possess active state licensure. Experience in treating neurologically related disorders and strong communication and organizational skills are required.
