What You'll Do As a Registered Nurse, you'll play a key role in promoting the health, comfort, and well-being of our residents while leading and supporting nursing staff. Responsibilities include: Supervising direct resident care and nursing personnel during assigned shifts Providing hands-on clinical care as needed Administering prescribed medications and treatments Monitoring resident conditions and communicating changes to physicians and families Making rounds to ensure quality care in a safe, clean environment Assisting with development and implementation of care plans Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records Responding to resident emergency call systems Promoting restorative care and resident independence Participating in training, education, and professional development opportunities Ensuring proper functioning of equipment and adequate supplies Participating in on-call responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Current RN license in Connecticut (or valid multistate/compact license) Current CPR certification Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Ready to Make a Difference?
