One California Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Radiology Technologist, you will perform essential diagnostic imaging services, utilizing both fixed and portable radiologic equipment to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

You will act as a vital member of the multidisciplinary healthcare team, ensuring that all imaging procedures are conducted safely and effectively to support optimal patient outcomes.

Every day you will manage the physical and psycho-social needs of patients ranging from newborns to geriatrics, ensuring their rights, privacy, and modesty are protected throughout their care.

You will be responsible for accurately differentiating between normal and abnormal findings, educating patients on procedures, and maintaining clear, professional communication with physicians and the broader allied health team.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate a commitment to organizational core values by strictly adhering to safety standards, ethical directives, and compliance policies.

Your ability to accurately analyze clinical data, manage your daily workload efficiently, and foster a professional, collaborative atmosphere will ensure you provide exceptional service in alignment with our mission.

Essential functions include but not limited to: Identifies self by name and title to patient/family.

Establishes presence of consent prior to treatment/procedures.

Completes initial care within required time frames.

Ensures physical care includes all pertinent body systems.

Incorporates cultural and ethnic factors into care.

Correctly differentiates between normal/abnormal findings.

Requirements

Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and be a graduate of an accredited Radiology Program. A valid California Radiology Tech license, Fluoroscopy Tech license, and AHA Basic Life Support certification are required.
