As an lpn, you will
- Oversee all aspects of patient care while directing and supervising other staff members
- Provide direct patient care, including medication and treatment administration
- Observe and respond to acute changes in patients' conditions
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and home-like environment for our residents
- Perform other duties as assigned
Required qualifications
- Current Wisconsin licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
- Degree from an accredited school of nursing
- Ability to understand and carry out technical oral and written instructions
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to both give and accept direction
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- A genuine desire to make a difference in people's lives
