Market context

California phlebotomy roles stay steady

Phlebotomist openings in California are often driven by ongoing lab and patient-care needs in hospitals, outpatient clinics, and diagnostic settings. Competition can be stronger for roles that prefer acute care experience and require an active California Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) certificate. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits on this page to save time, then confirm your CPT status and highlight any hospital-based blood draw experience in your application.
