Perform diagnostic MRI exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques under general supervision. Maintain a commitment to patient and family-centered care in accordance with hospital philosophy.

Corewell Health is offering up to a $10,000 sign-on bonus to external hires and internal new grads currently in a student role.

Part Time-Variable Hours-Every other Weekend.

About Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital In response to the health care needs of a growing community, in 1977, Corewell opened a new 189-bed hospital on rural farmland in Troy.

Today, Corewell Health Beaumont Troy Hospital has grown to 530 licensed beds and offers a comprehensive array of health care services, continuing to develop to meet the needs of the growing communities it serves.

Scope of Work Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures performs diagnostic MR exams utilizing appropriate imaging equipment and techniques.

Follows Beaumont philosophy of Patient and Family Centered Care at all times.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree or equivalent. Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program or the Joint Review Committee on Educational Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) Required. 1 year of relevant experience. 1-3 years clinical experience beyond staff radiographer level preferred. CRT-American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI)-ARMRIT Certification Upon Hire Preferred or CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI_-ARRT-Certification Upon Hired Required or CRT-Radiation Therapist - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Radiographer (R) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Sonographer (S) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Nuc Med Technologist (N) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Nuclear Medicine Technologist - NMTCB Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Vascular Technologist (VT) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required Or CRT-Musculoskeletal (MSK) - ARDMS American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon Hire Required And CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) - ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologist Board Registry 1 Year Required Or CRT-American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (MRI) - ARMRIT American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists Board Registry 1 Year Required CRT-Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) ARRT-Board Registry Certification required 1 year from date of hire. Requirements

Requires an associate degree or equivalent and graduation from an accredited radiography or nuclear medicine program. Candidates must have at least one year of relevant experience and hold required MRI or related certifications.
