Your Role: Direct Patient Care: Provide high-quality, resident-centered care in accordance with nursing standards and protocols.

Monitor Resident Progress: Track resident progress, assess needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.

Resident and Family Education: Educate residents and their families on health management, treatment options, and wellness strategies to empower them in their care.

Collaboration

Work with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate and deliver the best care possible, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.
