We are a busy and well-established family practice that has operated independently for more than 25 years. We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing team. We provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families and are looking for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with patients while working in a collaborative, supportive environment. We offer mentorship and support from our experienced doctors.
The ideal candidate is confident, personable, and committed to providing high-quality primary care.
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients across a broad range of medical conditions Provide preventive, acute, and chronic disease management Perform physical examinations and develop appropriate treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic testing as appropriate Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations Educate patients and families about their health and treatment options Develop long-term relationships with patients Collaborate closely with physicians, nursing staff, and the rest of our team Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice
Current Physician Assistant license and certification Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient-focused approach Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team Family medicine or primary care experience preferred, but motivated new graduates are welcome to apply
