What We’re Looking For?
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing team. This role is ideal for a nurse who values autonomy, flexible hours, and the chance to make a real difference in the lives of families in our community.
Perform Caregiver Skill Competency Evaluations to ensure high standards of care.
Conduct client nursing assessments, including safety and fall risk evaluations.
Create personalized Service Plans that guide daily and weekly client care.
Complete supervisory visits to support caregivers and ensure client satisfaction.
