QUICK INFO: Pay: $26.00 - $32.00/hour to reflect your skills, experience, and knowledge Schedule: Full- and part-time hours are available between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday Perks & Benefits: Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Disability coverage Life insurance 40 hours of PTO your first year 40 hours of sick time the first year Travel reimbursement Continuing education credits PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT ROLE HIGHLIGHTS: In this entry-level role, you'll work under the supervising physical therapist to build up your knowledge and sharpen your hands-on skills.

You'll provide compassionate support and positive encouragement as you help guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities.

Following the established treatment plan, you'll support patients' recovery and closely monitor their progress to ensure they're healing properly.

You'll document treatments, record patients' responses, and communicate with the physical therapist about making adjustments as needed to maximize positive outcomes.

Additionally, you'll educate patients and their family members on at-home exercises so they can continue to build their strength and recover quickly.

By following the physical therapist's direction and coordinating with clinical staff, you'll contribute to an efficient, effective, and high-quality care environment!

What You Need: Current Michigan State Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license Effective communication and interpersonal skills for working with a diverse range of patients of all ages Ability to stay organized and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation Ability to travel between the Dearborn, Port Huron, and Sterling Heights locations as needed Preferred - Outpatient orthopedic experience Preferred - Bilingual English and Arabic speaking skills UNLOCK YOUR POTENTIAL AS OUR PHYSICAL THERAPY ASSISTANT!
