You'll provide compassionate support and positive encouragement as you help guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional training activities.
Following the established treatment plan, you'll support patients' recovery and closely monitor their progress to ensure they're healing properly.
You'll document treatments, record patients' responses, and communicate with the physical therapist about making adjustments as needed to maximize positive outcomes.
Additionally, you'll educate patients and their family members on at-home exercises so they can continue to build their strength and recover quickly.
By following the physical therapist's direction and coordinating with clinical staff, you'll contribute to an efficient, effective, and high-quality care environment!
