Compensation & Bonuses Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience) Monthly Profit-Sharing Bonus: Up to $1,500 per month based on clinic performance and bonus metrics Estimated Annual Earnings with Consistent Bonus Achievement: Approximately $98,000 – $113,000 annually, based on consistent achievement of monthly bonus metrics Additional Incentives:

Qualifications

• Active Florida Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular therapy, balance training, or sports rehab
