Interventional Technologist PRN | Dayshift | VUH
The Interventional Technologist performs various roles involved in interventional imaging procedures to ensure high-quality patient care. They are responsible for reviewing radiology exam requests, ensuring safety compliance, and assisting in the training of new staff.

The Interventional Technologist performs various roles involved in interventional imaging procedures. These roles are performed in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures to ensure the best possible patient care services are delivered.
PRN minimum shift requirement | One 10 hour or 12 hour shift per week |
Dayshift 7:00
AM - 5:30
PM or 7:00
AM - 7:30 PM.

Compliance (Novice): Can explain and apply basic statutory instructions in normal situations on the job. Understands the principles upon which the rules and regulations are based. Appropriately escalates problems relating to rules and regulations in timely and effective manner.
Patient
Documentation (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate patient documentation in practical applications of moderate difficulty. Generally works under the direction of others while accomplishing assignments.
Radiology (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate radiology services in practical applications of moderate difficulty.

Knowledge (Novice): Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate anatomy and physiology knowledge in practical applications of moderate difficulty.
