- Schedule: Full-time nights | 36 hours per week | three 12-hour shifts 645pm - 715am | weekend and holiday rotation How you'll make an impact in this role Aid with movement and placement of patients. Assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living. Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff. Document necessary records. - Credential(s): BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Certified Nursing Assistant credentialed from the state of Wisconsin, and in Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry with eligibility to work within a hospital setting obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Additional certifications may be required by specific job locations.
Education
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
