You’ll play a key role in supporting our residents with daily care while working closely with the care team to provide high-quality service.

In this role, you will
- Provide

- Care: Assist with grooming, bathing, catheter care, pericare, and dressing, following care policy guidelines
- Maintain
- Resident
- Environment: Change linens and ensure grooming supplies are stocked
- Support
- Mobility: Safely ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices and proper body mechanics
- Record
- Vital
- Information: Accurately document vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption
- Assist with
- Positioning: Turn and reposition residents routinely for comfort and safety
- Encourage
- Engagement: Lead range of motion exercises and provide reality orientation as directed

We’re looking for someone who
- Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas
- Can accurately record information and perform technical procedures
- Communicates well and demonstrates self-discipline and patience

- Understands and upholds the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities
