Demonstrates clinical expertise in dynamic and changing care environments.

Candidates must be graduates of a State Board of Nursing approved program and hold a current Registered Nurse license in Virginia. Additionally, an AHA BLS-HCP certification is required for this role.
Manages resources, prioritizes tasks, and adapts to changing patient care needs.
Supports orientation and training of new employees.
Uses problem-solving skills to address patient care and operational challenges.
Provides feedback and participates in shared decision-making activities.
Supports education activities within the department.

What We Require: Education: Graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved program required.

Current Registered Nurse license in the Commonwealth of Virginia required or eligibility to obtain licensure required.
AHA BLS-HCP required. Additional certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or NRP may be required based on assigned work area.
Keyboarding skills and computer literacy required, including use of electronic medical records. For Behavioral Health roles, must demonstrate ability to safely manage disruptive or potentially violent patients.
