Baystate Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Flex Team at Baystate Noble Hospital in Westfield, Massachusetts. As a Flex RN, you will support nursing care across MedSurg, the Emergency Department, Perioperative Services, and Rehab, working alongside experienced nursing teams to provide care based on the needs of the hospital and its patients.
The Flex RN role offers the opportunity to build experience across multiple areas of nursing while being part of the close-knit environment of a community hospital. This is a great opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys variety, values collaboration, and wants room to continue growing within Baystate Health.
Assess patients and develop individualized nursing plans based on patient needs and clinical findings.
Provide and coordinate nursing care across MedSurg, Emergency Department, Perioperative Services, and Rehab.
Administer and monitor therapeutic interventions and evaluate patient progress and outcomes.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the care team to coordinate safe, effective patient care.
Advocate for patients and families through communication, education, support, and care transitions.

Candidates must hold a Diploma in Nursing and possess active Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
