Ampla Health is seeking a dedicated Dentist to provide high-quality, comprehensive dental care to our patients. The Dentist will focus on both treatment and prevention, helping patients maintain optimal oral health through education, diagnosis, and individualized care. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive general dentistry services, including: Preventive care and oral health education Diagnosis, treatment planning, referrals, and follow-up care Restorative dentistry Oral surgery Periodontics and endodontics Fixed and removable prosthodontics Make orthodontic and specialty referrals when appropriate. Follow established clinic protocols, policies, and procedures. Maintain complete, accurate, and timely patient records and documentation. Comply with OSHA, HIPAA, and applicable healthcare regulations. Maintain current knowledge of diagnostic and dental billing codes. Meet established quality, productivity, and contractual requirements. Participate in required meetings, trainings, and other organizational activities. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited dental school. Current and unrestricted dental license required. Current CPR/BLS certification as required. Strong clinical, communication, and patient education skills. Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered dental care. Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
