Position Summary
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will oversee and deliver high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate care in accordance with their individualized plans. Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor residents’ conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team Lead and support CNAs and LPNs to ensure quality care delivery Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment
Qualifications
Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all required continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills Passion for providing compassionate, resident-focused care Why Join Piedmont Post Acute?
