Maryland LPN license, valid and in good standing BLS certification Compassionate, patient-focused personality Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or rehab preferred but not required Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
