Registered Nurse Supervisors (RN) must have a kind, patient and empatheic personality as well as a commitment to providing patients with the best possible care. Supervisors manage their unit in accordance with policy / procedure and assumes direct responsibility and accountability for the delivery of patient care on that unit.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Maryland Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or assisted living required Prior nurse supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and clinical assessment skills Commitment to compassionate, high-quality resident care Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25–50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation. Schedule & Availability Part-Time Hour 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Every other weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) Conveniently located in Timonium, MD, Lorien Mays Chapel is a 93-bed skilled nursing facility providing high-quality short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
