Market context

Oregon CMA roles need dual certification

In Oregon, Certified Medication Aide roles are typically in demand in long-term care and assisted living settings, where employers look for candidates who can safely support medication administration and resident care. These positions are competitive because they require both CNA status and a state-approved Medication Aide Certification, plus age, background, and drug-screening clearances. Review the facility’s medication procedures and confirm your CNA and MA-C credentials before applying; the job requirements and benefits shown here are AI-summarized from the original posting, which can save you research time.
