Caregiver — Full-Time and Part-Time
Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable Caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and support to older adults and other clients in San Mateo County. Full-time and part-time positions may be available, with day, evening, overnight, and weekend assignments depending on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits
Hourly pay of $24.00–$28.00, based on job-related factors.
Weekly pay by direct deposit.
Paid Time Off, subject to the applicable policy and eligibility requirements.
Holiday premium pay, where applicable under company policy.
Overtime pay in accordance with California law.
Paid travel time and mileage reimbursement for qualifying travel between client assignments, in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
Paid onboarding and training, as applicable.
Flexible scheduling based on employee availability and client-care needs.
Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Griswold Home Care does not offer 24-hour live-in shifts for this position.

This position does not include skilled nursing, medical treatment, medication administration, or other services outside the caregiver’s authorized scope of practice, unless specifically permitted by law and assigned under appropriate supervision.
