Monarch Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Midland. Responsibilities
Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams
Qualifications
Current TX RDA Certification CPR/BLS Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Team-oriented mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience If you are an enthusiastic RDA looking to grow with a team that values patient care, collaboration, and professional development, we’d love to connect with you!
