🦷 What You’ll Do As a Dental Assistant, you will help create seamless, comfortable patient experiences every day. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Welcome patients and guide them to the appropriate treatment room Assist the doctor during exams and procedures Prepare hygiene operatories before and after patient appointments Assist hygienists chairside as needed during hygiene procedures Maintain knowledge of existing & emerging dental technologies Monitor and manage lab materials and supplies Build trusting, positive relationships with patients Follow all OSHA/HIPAA protocols Clean, sterilize instruments, and prepare treatment rooms Take, expose, and mount high‑quality dental radiographs Support team goals and daily practice efficiency Maintain a safe, clean, and secure clinical environment
