About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Participant Readiness Coordinator to support an ongoing user research study. This role is responsible for screening participants, collecting vital signs and baseline health metrics, determining study eligibility, and ensuring compliance with standardized protocols. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in participant screening, health assessments, clinical research, or healthcare environments. Key Responsibilities Conduct structured participant intake and eligibility interviews (approximately 6 per day). Collect and document vital signs and baseline physiological measurements. Administer standardized health and readiness questionnaires. Evaluate participant data against study criteria to determine participation eligibility. Accurately maintain study records and documentation. Communicate eligibility outcomes to participants and study leads. Ensure strict adherence to study protocols and procedures. Required Qualifications Experience taking and documenting vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, oxygen saturation, etc.). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures. Experience conducting screenings, assessments, interviews, or participant intake. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable using digital tools and data-entry systems. Ability to make objective decisions based on predefined criteria.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare, wellness, or participant-focused programs. Experience as a Medical Assistant, EMT, CNA, Health Screener, Clinical Research Coordinator, Exercise Science professional, or similar. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Los Angeles, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
