Home Care Program Assistant
The Program Assistant provides administrative support to the Home Care Department, including telephone coverage and data management. They also assist staff with tracking waivers and recipient choice forms while ensuring accurate reporting.

We are seeking a Home Care (Program Assistant) who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Home Care Department.
What you'll do: Provide telephone coverage from Home Care staff as required Review and correct data through consumer record system Providing accurate reports as required by the department Assist staff in tracking waivers and recipient choice forms as needed Other duties as assigned What you'll bring: Your passion for helping others and desire to make a difference.
High School Diploma or equivalent, associate's degree preferred Minimum one year of relevant experience Excellent written and verbal skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
