The Occupational Therapist functions under the general supervision of the rehabilitation leadership team and the department director. The Occupational Therapist assumes responsibility and accountability for a designated group of patients/clients and provides occupational therapy evaluations, modalities and treatments in accordance with established hospital and departmental policies and procedures, maintaining the highest degree of quality patient care.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Occupational Therapy
Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree Occupational Therapy. OR
Ph.D. Occupational Therapy.
1 year Specialized occupational therapy training or experience to meet a particular department need.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Washington Occupational Therapist License. Additionally, a National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association is required upon hire.
