About the role

The surgical technologist is responsible for preparing the sterile field, instruments, and supplies for surgical procedures. They also assist the surgical team during operations and maintain sterile technique and instrument counts.

TRITAL Care is hiring Surgical Technologists (Surg Tech / CST) for an Adirondack-region hospital in Upstate New York. Scrub for a variety of surgical specialties in a supportive OR team, with strong weekly pay in a beautiful mountain setting. Key responsibilities
Prepare the sterile field, instruments, and supplies for surgical cases
Scrub and assist the surgical team during procedures
Maintain sterile technique and instrument counts
Support room turnover and OR readiness
CST (NBSTSA) certification or state equivalent
Graduate of an accredited surgical technology program
OR/scrub experience across multiple specialties preferred Required: CST (NBSTSA), BLS (AHA). What TRITAL Care offers
